Your first consultation will help us dial into what your needs are and any other imbalances you are needing help with. Whether you are feeling unusually tired, lack of focus or libido is just not there. Sarah can help find your natural balance with the mixture of your personalized tea blend, suggestions in lifestyle habits and mindfulness. This consultation does require a deposit, but that goes towards your first personalize herbal tea package and covers the research I do to curate your tea. Total tea package is $55, that includes consultation, research and then personalized loose tea, which can be roughly a month supply. There will also be instructions include, tea strainer and 1 follow up consultation at no extra cost. -Established client needing a refill with no changes= $25 ($20 if jar is provided) -Established client but new formula =$50 ($45 if jar is provided)
