Merry Yule to All this December!

Sorry I am late making this month news column. Getting ready for the upcoming holidays and the last 2 shows of the season. Speaking of holidays here are the Holidays celebrated this month:

Dec 17th 2014 Hanukkah: I write the year because, their traditions are actually based on an old Calendar, not the modern day calender and that means the dates change year after year. For more on this Holiday Click this link:

Dec 21st is Yule also known as the winter solstice and the first day of winter. This is the shortest day of the year. Known as Solstice Night, or the longest night of the year, the sun's "rebirth" was celebrated On this night, we celebrate the rebirth of the Oak King, the Giver of Life, that warmed the frozen Earth. From this day forward, the days would become longer. For more info on this Holiday Click the link: https://wicca.com/celtic/akasha/yule.

Dec 26th The other biggy for this month is Kwanzaa. This is an an African American holiday which celebrates family, community and culture. For more info click the link:

Do you feel the pain of acid reflux? Do you feel a fire inside your chest? Are you miserable? Are you ready for the issues to stop? Continue reading to find out how. Keep reading to learn to control acid reflux for good and to end the misery for good.

You may need to balance out hydrochloric acid amounts in your body if you want to reduce acid reflux and its symptoms. You can do this, for instance, by using sea salt rather than table salt. Sea salt has chloride and minerals that are good for the stomach and prevent acid.
